Nach den 4 Wochen wird die Maische abgepresst und der Wein wird in ein Holzfass gelegt. Der Wein gärt dann im Holzfass fertig und bleibt dann auf der Vollhefe für 13 Monate liegen. Danach wird der unfiltrierte Wein schwefelarm in eine Steinzeugflasche gefüllt. Honig, ein Hauch von Honigmelone und Ananas, gelbe Tropenfrucht im Abgang, vielschichtig und präzise, facettenreich.Jede Flasche ist eingepackt in einem Graskarton mit Heueinlage. Zu jeder Flasche erhalten Sie weiters eine Graspapier-Rolle mit der genauen Geschichte von dem Wein.
