Mit diesem Classic Spickmesser von Wüsthof erleben Sie die Vielseitigkeit eines kleinen handlichen Messers neu. Mit schlanker, mittelspitzer Klinge und glatter Wate ist es bestens zum Schneiden von Zwiebeln und Kräutern geeignet. WÜSTHOF bietet für jeden Zweck das richtige Messer.

Ob mit kurzer oder langer Klinge, starr oder flexibel, schmal oder breit, Wellenschliff oder glatte Schneide. Der Wüsthof Dreizack Stahl ist der rostbeständige Chrom Molybdän Vanadiumstahl. Die genaue Bezeichnung lautet: X50 Cr Mo V 15 X - rostfreier Stahl , hochlegierter Stahl 50 gibt den Kohlenstoffgehalt an 0,5 % CR steht für den Legierungszusatz Chrom, Zahl 15 beschreibt den Chromanteil in % - 15 % Mo - Molybdän V - Vanadium.

Die Wüsthof Classic Serie wird aus einem Stück geschmiedet. Dabei wird der Rohling auf ca. 1100 Grad C erhitzt und dann im Gesenk auf die Form gebracht. In über 40 Arbeitsgängen vom Schmieden über das Härten bis zum Schleifen und Montieren wird das Messer gefertigt. Hiermit stellt Wüsthof Dreizack die besonderen Eigenschaften der Produkte von Anfang an sicher.

Die absolute Schärfe und die dauerhafte Schnitthaltigkeit, sowie die hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit zeichnen diese Messer aus.

I love little trays for random things. I saw this and had to get it. I ordered the black one. It came nicely packaged in a box that protected it from any damage during transport. It is approximately 8” x 8” x 1.6.” It is made of faux leather and MDF. It is supposedly water-resistant, but I have tested that. The interest in smooth, while the exterior walls have vertical ridges. The bottom is smooth. It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t side around. I have used it for numerous things: jewelry, pens and notepads, keys and sunglasses, perfume, medications, change, remotes, and change. It’s a handy and modern piece that could suit most people.
