Der Tankring Basic von HEPCO & BECKER ist speziell für das Motorradmodell Kawasaki ZX-10 der Baujahre 1988 bis 1990 konzipiert. Differenzierung zu Lock-it Tankringen:

Im Gegensatz dazu unterstützen bei den Lock-it Tankringen zusätzliche Magnete die Zentrierung. Beide Systeme verwenden den gleichen modellspezifischen Metallring. Ein Tankrucksack mit Lock-it Gegenhalter ist nicht kompatibel mit einem Basic Tankring und vice versa.
