1000, 1500, 2000 oder 2500 Gramm Braten

Unsere Tiere werden ganzjährig auf der Weide gehalten. Sie werden auf der Weide geboren und mit mindestens 3 Jahren geschlachtet - völlig stressfrei, da die Tiere zahm und halfterführig sind. Das Fleisch ist besonders aromatisch. Die Tiere bekommen von uns keinerlei Kraftfutter zugefüttert. Das Fleisch unserer Schottischen Hochlandrinder ist zu 100 Prozent Grass Fed. Im Sommer beste hessische Weiden und im Winter hessisches Heu. 

Dieser Shop dient lediglich dazu ihnen Beispiele zu liefern. Uns als regionalem Kleinbetrieb liegt es sehr am Herzen unsere Kunden kennen zu lernen - Abholung bevorzugt.

Wir liefern im Umkreis von 35km zum Preis von 14,90.

Am liebsten Sie kommen vorbei. Gerne besichtigen wir die Tiere auch vor Ort mit ihnen!

Das Fleisch wird mindestens 21 Tage gereift. Wir vertrauen dabei auf die vakuumierte Wet Aged Methode: Das Fleisch reift dabei eine Woche am Haken im Kühlhaus. Danach wird es ausgebeint und nochmals 14 Tage im Beutel gereift. Im letzten Schritt: Portioniert und neu vakuumiert. Für unsere Rasse die Beste Methode!

I don’t know…I really didn’t like the water / moisture getting trapped around my mouth and chin and what not. Just causing skin breakout issues. Helped cut the cold wind, but I feel like it could be better, or like there are better options out there maybe. Maybe not meant for snowboarding or exercising, so you’re not breathing as hard into it. Maybe it’s just meant for walking around with it around your neck. I don’t know.

Not very itchy, easy to put in your pocket and warm

I wore turtle fur for a long time and liked it except that it's too big to fit in my pocket. This wool product has really impressed me so far. It doesn't have a zero itch rating but it is very soft. It's surprisingly warm for its weight. Fits easily in my coat pockets. It's comfortable, fits well on both my neck and face as it has some stretch to it. It had a smell when I first opened the package but that went away after a couple of days. I wore it around my neck in 20F and was warm. I would say that using it as a face mask at that temperature would be pushing its limits. I find it to be a good balance between size and warmth for the Kentucky tri-state area in a mild winter. Because of it's size you can easily put a layer over it during extreme cold and it would be well worth the space it takes in your pocket

The thickness of the material helps prevent my breath from instantly condensing and moistening the fabric. I never got the "wet dog" smell wet wool is known for. Its fit is a little tight but not prohibitively so. The color matches that of the beanie. It's too sort to be considered versatile. In wind I had to choose between shielding my neck or my face. I HIGHLY recommend you not machine wash and dry. Hand wash it and let it dry naturally.
