Der Faustine Vieilles Vignes Rouge 2020 entsteht aus Sciaccarellu mit einem Anteil Niellucciu, gewachsen auf Granit in rund 100 Metern Höhe bei kargen Erträgen. Früh am Morgen von Hand gelesen, 40 Tage spontan vergoren und fünf Monate in Stahl und Beton ausgebaut — weder geschönt noch stark filtriert.

Im Glas: helle Kirsche, Macchia-Kräuter, weicher Gerbstoff — ein eleganter, kühler Mittelmeer-Rotwein. Leicht gekühlt großartig zu Lamm mit Kräutern, Charcuterie oder gegrilltem Thunfisch.
