Nach dem Einmarsch der deutschen Truppen 1939 wurde Prag Hauptstadt des neu errichteten Protektorates Böhmen und Mähren. Auf der Prager Burg nahm der Reichsprotektor seinen Dienstsitz. In der Folge war die Stadt zentraler Ereignisort der nationalsozialistischen Besatzung wie auch des tschechischen Widerstandes (Heydrich-Attentat).Das detaillierte und reich bebilderte Nachschlagewerk von Jirí Padevet zur Moldaustadt während der deutschen Besatzung bis Mai 1945 wurde 2014 mit dem tschechischen Literaturpreis »Magnesia Litera« ausgezeichnet und liegt nun in der deutschen Übersetzung vor. Es ist topographisch, der Aufbau richtet sich nach den heutigen Stadtteilen Prags, und in den jeweiligen Orten chronologisch gegliedert. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Unterdrückung jedweden Ungehorsams durch die Besatzungsmacht, der Verfolgung der jüdischen Bürger und dem widerständigen Verhalten der tschechischen Bevölkerung. Reliable Quick Cleaner for Leather Interiors I’ve been using the Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer on my car’s interior for a while now, and it’s become one of those go-to products I like to keep on hand. As the name suggests, this is designed for quick touch-ups rather than deep cleaning, and for that purpose, it really does the job well. The first thing I noticed is how easy it is to use. A couple of sprays on the leather seats or steering wheel, a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth, and the surface instantly looks cleaner. It removes light dust, dirt, and fingerprints in seconds. Unlike some products I’ve tried in the past, it doesn’t leave behind a slick or greasy feel, which is important when you’re dealing with things like a steering wheel or gear shifter that you’re constantly touching. Instead, the finish is clean, soft, and natural-looking, which is exactly what I want. The scent is another plus.
