Da speziell bei diesem Turboladertyp starke Verschleißerscheinungen im Bereich VTG, Abgasgehäuse und E-Steller auftreten und diese Teile beim Hersteller separat extrem teuer sind, bieten wir dieses Upgrade nur auf Basis eines "neuen Turboladers" an.
Wirtschaftlich macht es keinen Sinn, einen gebrauchten Turbo mit all diesen Neuteilen auszustatten.

Bei aktuellen Neuladern, welche wir zukaufen, sind diese Probleme im Bereich der Abgasseite nicht mehr vorhanden.

Die bekanntlich schlechte radiale und noch schlechtere axiale Lagerung (auch bei aktuellen Neuladern), wird durch eigens entwickelte Teile von uns ersetzt.

Lagerschäden treten durch diesen Eingriff nicht mehr auf.

Keine Anpassungsarbeiten nötig. Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse sind äußerlich original.

Änderungen:

  • Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse mechanisch bearbeitet
  • Spaltmaß optimiert
  • geänderte und erleichterte Turbine (20-22 Gramm leichter)
  • größerer Verdichter (original Ø56/Ø59,5mm)
  • bearbeitete VTG
  • verstärkter Lagersatz (alle Teile aus eigener Fertigung)
  • Justagearbeiten
  • VSR Wuchten (Protokoll liegt bei)

Achtung:

Um die mögliche Leistung ohne Abgastemperaturprobleme zu realisieren, sollten KAT + DPF entfernt werden.

First I honestly only wanted the steering wheel cover but couldn't find it for sale that way. It comes in sealed bag. The pieces are flat and bunched when taken out. I had a dog brush that I use to keep my fluffy slippers from getting matted and used it to fluff the pieces out. yes they shedded while brushing but not too much. The texture of the smaller two pieces were soft the steering wheel was soft also but had some spots that felt slightly rough. The piece for the brake slid on easily. The piece for the gear shift fit but was pressing against the gear shift button on the left side which kept my car from cutting off so I had to "modify" the piece. Steering wheel piece does still shed slightly but not enough to bother me. Over all happy with purchase yellow was vibrant and stands out. Would recommend.

Recap... After a few months... The wheel is still Flufftabulous... There's a lot of lint accumulation on the dash and areas around the wheel but nothing like the shedding of my previous wheel. If this one ever wears completely out which i doubt... I'd definitely re-order. It arrived the next day as promised. Vacuum sealed packaging so I opened it and brushed them out. There was minimal shedding while brushing. I was relieved since this is my 2nd fuzzy wheel ... the first was more of a shag carpet type of fur which was fluffy and fabulous but left tons of lint and dust bunnies. After 2 days there's been minimal to no shedding. It was easy to put on my standard sized steering wheel and fits snug and secure NO SLIPPING! I only gave it 4 starts because the gear shift cover could be fluffier. We'll see how it all holds up in GA heat. I'm happy with it so far, if anything changes .. I'll be back. I almost forgot... I included a pic to show the view of my dashboard isn't compromised at the position I have my s.w. in which is the highest level. If you like your wheel down in your lap, your dash won't be visible.
