Sie ist sicher in der Handhabung, da kein Säurezusatz notwendig ist und somit keine Gefahr von versehentlichen Verschüttungen besteht. Zudem ist sie äußerst widerstandsfähig gegen Vibrationen und Schweißbrüche. Die Batterie ist vollständig versiegelt und werksaktiviert, was sie wartungsfrei macht, abgesehen davon, dass sie im Lagerzustand geladen gehalten werden muss.
