Cranberry is naturally rich in type A proanthocyanidins, or PACs. Type A PACs prevent E. coli from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract, so they cannot colonize there to create an infection. D-mannose is a natural sugar that is able to enter the urinary tract intact, bind to E.coli, effectively removing it from the walls of the urinary tract so that it may be flushed out via the urine.
Unlike commercial cranberry juices, Pure Labs UTI Pure is diabetic-friendly. ItҒs safe for daily use* to help prevent urinary tract infections, even in pregnancy.
