This wine was produced with fruit from select Marlborough vineyards. Harvested in the cool of the evening to maintain fresh fruit flavours. A small portion was fermented in seasoned oak and underwent malolactic fermentation in order to add complexity and texture.
Food Pairing: Beautifully matched with roast scallops and pancetta.
