Recommended Use:

Relora has been formulated to promote relaxation and calmness.* Relora is a natural proprietary blend of a patented extract of Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense.* Relora is the result of screening over 50 plant fractions from traditional plant medicines used around the world to naturopathically help treat stress and help relieve stress-related eating.* Relora is said to have excellent stress-management properties without causing unwanted sedation or drowsiness.* It is thought to help normalize hormone levels associated with stress-induced weight gain and eating habits.* Separately, phellodendron contains compounds that seem to exhibit anti-inflammatory and positive cardiovascular effects.* Magnolia extract has also been exploited for its anti-inflammatory effects, as well as its effects on the central nervous system.* Magnolia also seems to inhibit the conversion of cortisol to cortisone, while increasing the production of corticosterone,a glucocorticoid, which has anti-inflammatory properties.*
