This workbook addresses common teen issues such as depression, body confidence, peer pressure, stress management, bullying and provides a spiritual framework utilizing the Baha'i writings to assist girls to handle these challenges.

AUTHOR'S NOTE - This workbook was last updated in 2015, thus many of the YouTube links listed in activities sections may no longer be active. As expected, issues that young girls face do evolve and some of the more contemporary topics facing our youth are not covered in this edition (ex. impact of social media, impact of cell phone use on mental well being, gender & sexual identity, etc...). The workbook was initially a compilation I put together for personal use and was not intended for widespread distribution. I have kept the book available as it may serve as a useful springboard to have meaningful conversations with young girls.
