Our forklift tags a printed double-sided, with a list of all basic safety checks to be carried out listed on the back. The results of these checks can then be recorded on the front of the tag.
The Forklift Safety Tag inserts are designed for use with the max tag holder. This holder should be fitted permanently at the point of access to the forklift. If the forklift is safe to use the insert can be slid into the holder with the signature side showing. When removed, the holder will display the 'Do not use this equipment' message.
