- Four fryer tanks are batched into one gas floor model system, with 75 lb. oil capacity per tank.
- Built-in under-fryer filtration saves valuable floor space and keeps drain and return lines internally plumbed.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with a 1/3 HP motor helps speed oil recovery and filtering.
- Matching stainless steel drain station includes a food warmer and dump pan.
- Computer controls, stainless steel frypot/front/sides/landing ledge/cabinet, casters, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit are included.
