Suhana Thalipeeth Bhajani
Ingredients:
- Jawar, Bajra, Wheat, Rice, Bengal Gram, Masur Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Coriander seeds, Urad Dal, Green Gram Dal, Arhar Dal, Green Gram whole, Moth Bean, Rice Flakes, Pigeon peas, Soyabean, Ajwain, Cumin.
How to make:
- Make a paste of green chili, garlic, and ginger with little water if required.
- Mix onion, coriander, turmeric, salt, and above paste as per taste with Suhana Thalipeeth Bhajani in a bowl.
- Add water in parts and mix well to form a soft dough. Divide dough into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
- Take a moist dough and flatten each portion with a finger on a moist thick polythene sheet or muslin cloth, into a semi-small round circle.
- On hot Tawa spread 1 tbsp oil evenly. Lift the muslin cloth and gently place it with the Thalipeeth side touching the Tawa. Carefully remove the muslin cloth from the flattened Thalipeeth.
- Spread a little oil on the sides of Thalipeeth and cook on low heat for a minute. Turn the Thalipeeth and cook another side for a minute or till crisp golden brown.
- Serve hot Thali Peeth with white butter, curd, or chutney of your choice.

Great Beard Balm

I was a little unsure when I opened the canister - I’m used to beard balms being more like lotion. This is solid in the can. However, one scoop with my finger - then rub with my fingers together and apply to my beard (I immediately message into my hair on my head after my beard). Keeps hair soft, conditioned, and just a bit of hold. The Sandlewood scent is just the right amount! Works great and easy to message into my beard.

Good Smell, Tough Texture
Scent: Sandalwood, Size: 2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
The scent is actually pretty good. The sandalwood smells natural and clean, not overly strong or chemical-like. It has a nice masculine smell that most guys will probably like.
My biggest issue is the texture. The balm is pretty hard in the container, and it’s actually difficult to dig your finger in to get some out. I expected it to be a little softer and easier to work with. Once you warm it up in your hands it melts down okay, but getting it out of the tin takes more effort than it should.
As far as performance, it does help tame the beard a bit and adds some light conditioning, but the hold isn’t very strong. If you have a thicker or more stubborn beard, you may find it doesn’t control it as much as you’d like.
Overall, the scent is good and the quality seems decent, but the hardness of the balm and average hold make it just an okay product for me. That’s why I landed at three stars.
