Installation method:
1. Install a 35mm opener, adjust the perforation depth, normal 12-13mm, then lock the limit ring
2. Adjust the quick clip Black Block Fixed Size (Note: Tool adjustable fixed wooden board size is 15-25mm)
3. The punch is moved to the wooden planx, lock the quick clip
4. Electric drill holds the opening of the open hole, uniformly press the hole to 12-13mm depth, then hit the left and right side 2mm screw hole
5. 35mm hole to the edge can be adjusted to 3, 4, 5, 6mm
6. Install 35mm hinge

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
