It mixes in water in far better than straight psyllium husks or other fiber supplements

It includes psyllium husks, fruit pectin as well as herbs that gently support movement through the colon, liver health and are antifungal, antibacterial and anti parasitic. It mixes in water in far better than straight psyllium husks or other fiber supplements in my experience. This is one of the products we always keep in the house.

Suggested Usage:

As a dietary supplement, adults mix vigorously 1 slightly rounded scoopful of Fiber Life with 8 ounces of water or juice. Take 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
