新建成餅店，成立於1951年（民國40年），當時創始人林清鐓先生還是糕餅店學徒。1951年他正式創辦了新建成餅店，開店至今已超過一甲子的時間，店內研發出不少產品。除了芝麻蛋黃餅外，還有和生餅、米香、沙其瑪，以及傳統婚禮需要的禮餅，目前店中顧客以準備訂婚的新人和家屬居多，零售的比率較低。
淡水老街上，年逾半百的新建成以傳統喜餅著稱，新建成餅店到了第二代新建成經營者林建盛時，以「只要有華人，就有新建成」對接手餅店的自己以及新建成期許，也意味著新建成餅店未來國際化的走向。因此，有鑒於現今不能用傳統方式經營，必須擴大規模，新建成和日本高帽子的臺灣總代理新順益公司合作，也可以在臺北的忠孝東路門市訂到新建成喜餅，消費者以訂婚的客戶為主，因為每個地方的訂婚禮俗有些許差異，店家會主動提供訂婚相關的資訊與服務。新建成喜餅遠近馳名，來訂餅的華僑遍及臺灣、美國、日本、加拿大、澳洲等國家。
招牌─芝麻蛋黃餅
新建成餅店的招牌─製作芝麻蛋黃餅，需要將近13種原料，才能創造出香酥的餅皮和適中的甜味，為了創造出如此美妙的口感，餅裡頭所添加的食材，曾更改過不下百次。另外，常吸引觀光客購買的商品，則叫做「和生餅」，上頭印有中國傳統餅模圖案，裡頭包含著不同的材料，有鳳梨、紅豆和咖哩口味，任由顧客依自己的口味挑選。而現在也為因應現代人口味，逐一加入健康、養生的食材，並堅持烘焙的精緻可口、傳統的質感供顧客享用。

sturdy and they work well

my husband been complaining we need something in there to put sponges, etc. in and I’ve agreed with him for two or three years now we bought some different things and none of them really worked. They weren’t what I wanted.
I saw this and bought it and it’s definitely worth the money. It looks great. It’s easy to install sturdy. It’s going to drain easily and it has one of the top little baskets that you can move to wherever you want it I couldn’t ask for anything better this is going to be definitely what we wanted.
I just tried other things that go over the faucet and things like that and they did not look right and they were flimsy so before you buy one of those check this out first if you have enough room by
