- Built-in under-fryer filter saves valuable floor space and keeps oil lines internally plumbed.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds oil recovery and can pump oil up to 20 feet away.
- Matching stainless steel drain station includes a food warmer and dump pan.
- Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet support durability and easy cleaning.
