If you order a costume within the size chart, we will put it into the production line immediately. All orders with custom sizes will be added to our production line once we receive your measurements. Production time is around 3-8 months, depending on our queue line. Quick production is also available upon request. If you have any specific deadline, please message us before placing the order, so we can secure your deadline.
You can order a costume according to our size chart or choose the "custom made" option, where the costume will be completed according to your individual measurements. If you chose the "custom made" option, our manager will send you a measurement request within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please be sure to submit your measurements within the next 7-10 days after you will receive the request, as without them we won't be able to proceed with your order.
