Jesse, a long-time widower who had no children of his own, happily took care his nephews and niece in the absence of their parents--all tragically died in a car accident. He was known for dispensing sage-like wisdom to his niece and nephews, who often found themselves in trouble with the corrupt local officials, Lee #4 features David Daniels aka David Jess Duke, who honors Denver Pyle by keeping his legacy alive for the whole Dukes of Hazzard community, including Cast, Crew, and fans.
