Glorious sequel, ten years in the making ... plus the original in colour!

Riding his tyreless pterodactyl, Arzak tirelessly crisscrosses the mineral expanses of Jean Giraud's seemingly limitless imagination.

Soaring over overheated sands, exploring gorges and ravines, nothing escapes his watchful gaze, not the slightest rock lizard, not the patches of deadly grass... May the wolves and lambs of Tassili slit and devour each other in peace! Only one thing catches his watchful eye: the anomaly!

More than ten years after Arzak L'Arpenteur (2009) (Arzak the Surveyor), we have the sequel to this cosmic odyssey featuring the iconic hero with the pointy hat from Jean Giraud Mœbius...

This magnificent "Corpus Final" edition takes a unique form:
The first section of the book includes Arzak L'Arpenteur in its computer-colored version, however the text has all been separated from the images and printed on the left hand page, meaning we can finally enjoy the full scope of the artwork from this story. Full page by full page!

In the second section, we discover the beautiful black and white sequel, without words, drawn in Indian ink and reworked in places on the computer for the first time. These pages are highly reminiscent of some of Moebius's most highly charged line-drawn works such as 40 Days in the Desert B, Les jardins d'Eros (The Gardens of Eros), as well as some of the more full and intriguing Blueberry pages (albeit these would more than likely be brushed).

The last section of the book is compiled from archives and research, and visualizes the ending with its multiple plot threads and denouements. A collection of illustrations completes this 248-page work, with scenes or plates reworked by Mœbius and texts written by the author and his wife, Isabelle Giraud.

You will also find a previously unreleased bookmark included with each book.

Although the book is written in French, most of the art pages are printed without text, making this a surprisingly enjoyable book for those who do not have access to French language or translation software.

Many years of work and devotion have gone into producing this book which we hope you enjoy. Fully illustrated softcover edition with flaps.

Nice BIG enameled cast iron dutch oven. like LeCreuset but costs less
Color: Blue, Size: 6-Quart
This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.

This is an amazing pot, got the 6 Qt for beautiful roast dinners and for baking bread. All comes out evenly baked. Cast Iron is best and it has a nice finish for easy clean up.

Great quality. Easy to clean. Nice appearance.
Color: Red, Size: 4.3-Quart
Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use
Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart, Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart
I’m 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far it’s been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. It’s easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem I’ve had with other brands I’ve tried.
