卡羅 灌漿年糕粉-New Year Cake Premix(2kg*包)

傳統食品改良而成，操作簡單方便；口感Q、甜度低，成品耐凍不龜裂，退冰後質地柔軟即可馬上食用。可以變換各種不同口味及造型，可煎、可油炸，增添不同風味及口感。
 

製作方法：

1. 年糕粉100 克加入水75±2 克及沙拉油5

    克攪拌均勻。
2. 將麵糊倒進模型中，大火蒸15-25 分鐘

   。或隔水烤焙25 分鐘，上火160℃下火

    150℃。
3. 冷卻後即可食用。

 
儲       存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
