After a decade of crafting a very particular type of widescreen melancholia and wistful imagery, Nosound's fifth studio album Scintilla introduces a wholly new musical and visual approach for Giancarlo Erra's ever-evolving band. Inspired by personal upheaval and a desire for change, Scintilla is an emotionally complex and musically direct work presenting a stripped-down set of compositions that mark a major departure from Nosound's trademark symphonic lushness and production precision. Taking in influences from post rock, shoegaze and alt singer-songwriters, the album imaginatively utilizes a mostly organic and acoustic sound palette. Musically looser and more sonically intimate than the band's previous releases, Scintilla's emphasis is placed firmly on feeling rather than technique. Anathema's Vincent Cavanagh lends his distinctive vocals to two of the album's tracks, and cellist Marianne de Chastelaine returns once more to theNosound fold (this time in a more free-flowing and improvisational capacity). Acclaimed Italian singer Andrea Chimenti co-writes and sings on the serene "Sogno E Incendio." Shifting from the uncharacteristic sarcasm of "Love Is Forever" and potent anger of "The Perfect Wife" to the dreamy sensitivity of "Emily" and the unusually uplifting "In Celebration Of Life, " Scintilla represents the boldest statement of Nosound's career so far. A cathartic album of emotional extremes, Scintilla marks the brave beginning of the second phase of Nosound's fascinating tenure.

Powerful frother with a long rechargeable battery life

After purchasing three of the battery operated frothers. I finally found this amazing frother. It is very powerful so you do have to be careful not to slosh liquid out of your cup when you’re using it. But I have found it helps if you rotate the frother in a stirring motion while you are using it. That really helps keep the liquid from overflowing out of the cup. It has a sleek design and is rechargeable and the charge less about two weeks.I love this one so much. I take it with me when I travel. I actually left my original one at my mother’s house the last time I visited her and have ordered another one for my house. Highly recommend.

Great Power and Creamy Foam

This frother is amazing and has really good power. It creates creamy, smooth foam in seconds and works perfectly for iced lattes, cappuccinos, and matcha. I love that it’s rechargeable and lightweight, but still feels strong and high quality.
As someone who loves coffee, this has become one of my favorite tools for making café-style drinks at home. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on my coffee station.

Powerful easy to operate but splashes

Excellent frother--Very powerful and easy to turn on/off with one button. The only downside is it requires a deep container in which to froth. The frothing pitcher I had was too small and milk splashes everywhere. There is no lower speed so it works fast. I am using a deep insulated container now for frothing. Otherwise, very quite, easy to operate no pushing down on the top like other frother wands. I love it as long as I can control it to limit the splashing.

Froths Milk in Seconds

Frother I had for a couple of years broke. Based on reviews I bought this. Love it being rechargable. The POWER! It froths milk in seconds. Also great for that after workout protein drink. Also is a little longer than my last frother so it works great with larger glasses.

Best kitchen device!!

This frother is absolutely amazing such power behind it . Quality is just as amazing made very rugged. And I love the stand and the best thing about it is no more batteries to change now we just charge it up.
