The name Will Sessions was born as a producer alias of trumpeter Sam Beaubien. After sharpening his keyboard skills and learning writing and arrangement from the accomplished David Van de Pitte (who arranged for countless Motown recordings including Marvin Gaye's album What's Going On) at Wayne State University, he decided to start a band. With classmates Tim Shellaberger (bass) and Bryan Arnold (drums) along with recruits Ryan Gimpert (guitar) and Eric Kacir (Percussion), the band was complete. They helped to develop a nascent monthly funk music party called Motor City Funk Night, and three years later, the party has grown into one of the staples of the Detroit scene, and Will Sessions were playing in front of crowds of up to 3000 people. The success of the Funk Night parties led to significant studio work with artists like Black Milk, Mayer Hawthorne, and Slum Village, and the hip hop sessions in particular led Beaubien to concoct the idea of Will Sessions recreating his favorite sample-based music in a live setting with the full band. His vision would be realized with three smash concerts in 2009 for Black Milk, Guilty Simpson, and Phat Kat, which left hip hop fans in awe of how the band stayed faithful to the original sampled and programmed beats, while creatively elevating the songs to new heights by recreating them live. It was the particular challenge of duplicating the unique beats of J Dilla that gave Beaubien the confidence to work on the emcee Elzhi's anticipated project Elmatic. Elmatic had been initially planned and announced in 2008 as a tribute to the historic 1994 album Illmatic by Nas, but it wasn't until early 2011 that Elzhi and his manager Jae Barber agreed that it would be best to recreate all of the beats from scratch-and there was clearly nobody who could do it better than producer Sam Beaubien and Will Sessions. Since it's widely considered to be the holy grail of hip hop recordings, the prospect of duplicating the music from Illmatic was daunting. By using the original sample sources of the album's tracks as a foundation, producer Beaubien and the band members managed to recreate both the sound and the mood of the classic album with stunning precision on Elmatic, exceeding lofty expectations set by loyal fans and skeptical critics alike. With an ever-increasing body of recorded work, a skyrocketing reputation within their hometown market, and their first tastes of national and international interest, Will Sessions are primed to be among Detroit's hottest musical exports.

Comfortable chair
Color: Cream, Size: PU Leather(No Wheels)
Ordered this chair for my daughter for Christmas. It's a great chair. It's very comfortable. She wishes it had wheels. I didn't see a way to add wheels to this base, either. Still a good chair. You have to make sure where you put it you can spin to get out of it. Pushing it back and forth on carpet doesn't work well.

Great Office Chair
I purchased this chair to replace the old one in my son's room. I really like the look and style of this chair. It was easy for me to assemble and the riser functions really good and the stability of the base is very good. I like the wide design as it has more back support and seat support.

Comfortable, Stylish, and Great for Casual Seating
The OLIXIS Criss Cross Legged Chair is a really nice option if you prefer sitting cross-legged or want a wider, more relaxed seating style compared to a traditional office chair. The armless design and wide seat make it easy to shift positions throughout the day without feeling restricted.
Comfort-wise, the padding is decent and supportive for short to moderate sitting sessions. The adjustable height and swivel function work smoothly, and it’s easy to find a comfortable position whether you’re working at a desk, doing makeup, or just using it casually in a bedroom or home office setup.
The minimalist look is also a plus—it blends well with modern decor and doesn’t take up as much visual space as bulky office chairs. Assembly was fairly straightforward and didn’t take long.
One thing to note is that since it has no wheels, it’s not ideal if you need to move around your workspace frequently. Also, while it’s comfortable, it may not be the best choice for long, full workdays compared to a high-back ergonomic chair with more lumbar support.
Overall, this is a stylish and functional chair that works great for light office use, studying, or casual seating—especially if you like the criss-cross sitting position.

Perfect “Hair-Doing” Command Chair
Color: Leather-beige, Size: Luxurious(With Wheels), Color: Leather-beige, Size: Luxurious(With Wheels)
As a physician, mom, and military officer, my mornings already feel like a tactical operation: breakfast, cartoons, and hair time before we roll out. My old high‑back desk chair turned every ponytail into a wrestling match with the chair back. This low‑back, armless chair has officially become my hair‑doing command center.
What I love:
• Low back + no arms = easy kid access.
My daughter sits facing the desk, snuggled in her blanket, eating breakfast and watching TV. I can stand right behind her and actually reach her hair without a chair back or armrests blocking my elbows. No more asking her to twist sideways and slowly slide off the chair while I chase her head.
• Wide, comfy seat for both of us.
The seat is generous and supportive with thick cushions. I have plenty of room and my daughter is perfectly comfortable for our whole morning routine. She’s happy, I’m not bent at weird angles, and the whole process is smoother (and quieter!).
• Looks and feels more expensive than it is.
The faux leather upholstery is gorgeous in person and feels soft and substantial, not flimsy. It blends right in with our bedroom furniture and doesn’t scream “office chair.”
• Thoughtful packaging & painless assembly.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, very well protected in the box. The instructions were clear, all hardware was labeled, and it took me under 10 minutes to assemble by myself.
• Glides & adjusts smoothly.
The chair rolls, swivels, and raises/lowers easily and quietly. No squeaks, no sticking. I can move her closer to the desk or spin her toward me with one hand while holding a hairbrush in the other.
A quick heads‑up:
The chair is on the larger side (which I personally love), so if you’re looking for a tiny, petite chair, check the measurements. For me, the extra space is exactly what I wanted.
Bottom line:
If you also use your bedroom desk as a hair‑doing station, homework hub, or breakfast bar, this chair is a game‑changer. Comfortable, stylish, easy to assemble, and priced competitively with similar chairs—while actually making our chaotic mornings run a little smoother.

The perfect desk chair for sitting cross-legged—plus it rolls!
Color: Leather-beige, Size: Luxurious(With Wheels), Color: Leather-beige, Size: Luxurious(With Wheels)
This chair is absolutely amazing if you like to sit cross-legged while working. The seat is incredibly wide, giving you plenty of room to get comfortable without feeling cramped against the armrests. The smooth faux leather is awesome. I am honestly impressed with the price vs quality. The padding is nice for my 13 yr old daughter to sit cross legged on. The cushion is thick and supportive, and it has held its shape really well without flattening out. I also love that this specific model has wheels—a lot of these wide cross-legged chairs come with flat bases, so having the mobility to roll around my desk space is a huge plus. It looks high-end, feels sturdy, and was very straightforward to assemble. 10/10 recommend!
