This heavy-duty 80-gallon floor kettle combines gas-fired, self-contained steam heating with a 316 stainless steel liner for large-batch cooking and durable commercial performance.
- 80-gallon stationary floor kettle built for high-volume batch cooking.
- Self-contained, gas-heated steam jacket provides operating temperatures from 150°F to 270°F with no remote steam source required.
- 2/3 jacket, 316 stainless steel liner, and insulated stainless steel body support efficient heat transfer and durability.
- Standard power-aid cover, faucet bracket, 2" tangent drawoff, and removable 1/4" perforated strainer simplify service.
- Three adjustable legs and bullet feet help with leveling and installation.
- 115V controls, 1/2" NPT gas connection, and 30 PSI maximum working pressure support reliable operation.
