Art is expressive and can be used to improve a personÕs physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through this project students will develop a variety of stress relieving activities in the mode of art. They end goals was that with research students will be able to design and create an adult coloring book to sell. This project spanned 3 classes and 40 art students 9-12 grade. The result is a 170 pages coloring book that displays the skills of our amazing art students at FlexTech High School.
