The OM-D E-M10 Mark IV meshes many of Olympus's flagship features and technologies with the compact and highly portable E-M10 design. Incorporating the 20.3MP Micro Four Thirds sensor and TruePic VIII image processor, the E-M10 Mark IV is characterized by its UHD 4K video recording capabilities, fast 8.7 fps continuous shooting rate, and wide ISO 200-25600 sensitivity range to suit working in a variety of lighting conditions. Additionally, 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization is also featured, which compensates for approximately 4.5 stops of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting. A high-resolution 20.3MP Live MOS sensor works in conjunction with a TruePic VIII image processor to promote fast shooting performance, a sensitivity range from ISO 200-25600, and versatile video recording capabilities. Ideal for photographing moving subjects, too, the sensor and processor combination enables full-resolution continuous shooting up to 8.7 fps. Beyond stills, the E-M10 Mark IV also supports UHD 4K video recording at up to 30 fps, Full HD at 60 fps, and high-speed HD recording at 120 fps. This range of detected movements serves to benefit traditional still image shooting as well as movie recording and working with moving subjects more effectively.
Rear 3.0" 1.04m-dot LCD monitor features an 80° upward, 180° downward tilting design to support working from a variety of angles, including front-facing for perfectly framed selfies. The screen is also a touchscreen for intuitive menu navigation and image playback. Live Composite is a unique long exposure mode that allows you to gradually build up an exposure over time without overexposing key elements within the frame. This mode works to only record newly detected light sources over time, and allows you to watch as an image develops, making it ideally suited for photographing star trails or other moving light sources. The black M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 EZ from Olympus is a versatile 28-84mm equivalent zoom designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras. Despite its compact profile, this lens includes an advanced optical design, which includes aspherical, low dispersion, and high refractive index elements to achieve a high degree of sharpness and clarity throughout the zoom range. A ZERO coating has also been applied to individual elements to suppress flare and ghosting for high contrast, color-accurate imagery.
Three aspherical elements and one S-HR (Super-High Refractive Index) element are used to reduce spherical aberrations and distortion throughout the zoom range. One extra-low dispersion element is featured, too, to suppress color fringing and chromatic aberrations for improved color accuracy and clarity. Electronic Zoom control uses a linear motor to produce smooth, dramatic zooming effects to complement your video recording. Two zoom speeds are available, too, to suit various subject types and recording needs.

Works well
Size: 2.3 Pound (Pack of 1), Style: Sugar Free 180 count
My doctor encouraged my use of this product to lower my cholesterol. Okay, months later, no difference with cholesterol, but the produce makes elimination very very clean and I like that, so I still use this product.

Helps me a lot
Size: 2.3 Pound (Pack of 1), Style: Sugar Free 180 count
Psyllium husk is a very necessary supplement and increases my daily fiber intake. It helps me use the bathroom consistently as it makes my bowel movements more regular. The taste of this is similar to orange juice and does not have a lot of sugar. I like putting this in my water every day. It is very easy to use and just dissolves in liquid. This large container will last me for over a month so it’s a great value for the money.

“My Everyday Essential: Nourishment for Skin, Health & Wellness”
Size: 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using Viva Naturals pure coconut oil every day, and it has truly transformed my routine. I love all things natural, and I use this oil in so many ways that it has become indispensable. I take three baths a day and then rub it all over my body; my skin has never felt so soft and hydrated.
In the mornings, I take a big tablespoon on an empty stomach, and sometimes I mix it into my smoothies with flaxseed and almond milk. I feel lighter, more energetic, and I know I’m taking care of my health from the inside out. For me, there’s nothing like pure coconut oil: it’s versatile, natural, and truly wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy product for their skin and daily wellness.H

Ingredient for Bulletproof coffee, good stuff!
Size: 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Bulletproof Coffee. Dave Asprey. Look it up. This isn't his MCT oil, which I'm sure is spectacularly better, but I'll use the Pareto principle (80-20 Rule) and settle for a much less expensive version for a slightly lowered benefit. Perhaps I'll upgrade when I'm more of a genius and fabulously wealthy... ;)
So, I put this in my morning protein smoothie, which I make cold with pre-brewed coffee that is chilled...
Wait, what is MCT Oil? Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil. Basically, it is specially refined coconut oil, where they isolate only the MCT portion of the oil. I'll let you look up why medium chain triglycerides are fantastic. But they ARE fantastic! Worth the read.
So what does it do? Dave would say it is brain- fuel. Since our brains are made up mostly of fat, our brain naturally wants (healthy) fats for food. And MCT is some of the best possible oil/fat for that purpose. Plus, MCT has a benefit of being self-preserving, unlike many oils which go rancid (or oxidize) rapidly. Rancid oils are actually sort of toxic, in that they start to have damaging effects instead of beneficial ones. Kind of like the difference between eating a nice juicy steak...or 3 day old roadkill. And yes, I think that's an accurate analogy.
How did it work for me? Well, true enough, with the coffee and protein, I do have clear-headed mornings, and I feel energized (provided I get enough sleep the night before!). I have noticed that I don't seem to be hungry as early, and I attribute that to the "full" or satiation effect of the oil. Fats satisfy our hunger needs, because they are valuable to the body. (Even bad fats satisfy, but it's not good for us).
Will I buy this again? Absolutely. Probably have a bottle of this in my pantry forever now. And I also have virgin organic cold-pressed (I think) coconut oil as well, which I use for cooking, eating (straight), and use on my skin. MCT Oil is for eating (drinking) in my smoothie, as brain fuel.
I've never used Viva Labs before, but happy with them, and will be alert if they have other products I want. The bottle is high quality, and the cap stays tightly closed. Very pleased overall, everything is positive. Glad I chose them for this, and glad this does what I got it for!
Taste is faint, not very strong anything. Texture is like a thin mineral oil (viscosity if you want to be technical).
As a side note, if I needed a lubricant for the bedroom, I would grab this before the unrefined coconut oil. Not sure how it works with condoms, have not used this with them, so if you are relying on them and this, do your homework on compatibility...might eat some kinds or others.

it checks every box for clean, high-quality nutrition.
Size: 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
The oil itself is completely flavorless, which makes it perfect for adding to my morning coffee, smoothies, or even drizzling over meals. It blends smoothly and gives me a steady, sustained boost without any jitters or crashes. The 32 fl oz size is also a great value and lasts a long time.
If you’re looking for a pure, reliable MCT oil to support focus, energy, or a keto lifestyle, this one is a winner. I Highly recommended!
