Upon activation, the MOB2’s location is regularly updated and displayed on an AIS-enabled plotters. With its integrated GPS, the MOB2 provides precise location data to your vessel and any assisting vessels. Nearby vessels are automatically alerted to man-overboard situations through VHF DSC. The Ocean Signal MOB2 is nearly half the size of the competing products and fits perfectly inside inflatable life jackets. It also boasts a longer operating life, automatic activation via an inflatable lifejacket, dual IR and White strobe lights, and NFC mobile app connectivity.
