Care
General Maintenance: Repot your cactus once a year after they have finished flowering. When your plant has stopped flowering, keep it in a dark area for a majority of the day as this will potentially encourage a second bloom. Once it starts to bud, give it more light and start to fertilize for best results.Temperature: Keep the temperature above 18° Celsius.
Light: Partial sun. Place in an east facing window so they receive some direct light throughout the day.
Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist while the plant is flowering. Mist occasionally. After the plant has finished flowering reduce watering slightly, allowing it to dry out a bit more between waterings.
Soil: Prefers a high-quality soil that is rich in humus and other nutrients.
Fertilizer: Apply a high potassium fertilizer once every two weeks after buds have formed.
