The Human C13ORF33 (Uncharacterized protein C13orf33) ELISA Kit measures C13orf33 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti C13orf33 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with C13orf33 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of C13orf33 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Natural Dunlop Latex Topper Has Multiple Uses
Size: Twin XL 2"
This is a well made, high quality, 2” thick piece of all-natural latex. You can use it on top of any bed to provide a nice, comfortable mattress topper that has a medium-firm feel to it. It gives good support for those who sleep on their back and on their sides. The latex topper springs back and sleeps cooler than memory foam toppers, which compress and generally sleep hot. Latex toppers cost more upfront than memory foam toppers, but they can last twice as long. I built a custom-made all-natural latex bed that was too soft and didn’t provide enough support. I removed a 2” thick piece of ultra soft (#14) Talalay latex inside the bed and replaced it with this 2” thick piece of Dunlop latex for more support. I then used the Talalay latex on top as a mattress topper and now my bed is perfect! Once you’ve slept on all- natural latex, you’ll never want to go back to artificial memory foam.

Discovered latex and thrilled

Bought a Beautyrest mattress in late 2021 that now is uncomfortable and has dips. Beautyrest would reject the 10 year warranty due to a single stain on mattress (based on their policy), so I didn't even bother. So, I pondered if I should order a new one and which one. In the process I found out latex toppers may save the day. Talatex medium firm mattress in queen size was received within a week and a half and installed on top of existing Beautyrest mattress. Since then, no pain in hips, no sweating at night, no neck problems. My daughter tested it one night with me, and since then wants to sleep on my bed and not hers, so this is really reviewed by two people. Excellent product!! Has a bounce but you don't sink in it (two mattresses ago, I had a 13" high end high density visco elastic memory foam mattress where sinking into it happened). When I can afford, I will buy a 4" latex topper firm and install that under the existing 2" Talatex medium firm over a slatted base. I'll do away completely w/ the mattress I'm using now.
