He guided LSU to its first football championship in forty-five years. He turned down countless offers from professional teams to stay with the job he loves. Now Nick Saban reveals the secrets that will help you lead and succeed at work and in life.

Excellence doesn't happen overnight. It comes from hard work, consistency, the drive to be the best, and a passion for what you do. Few understand this better than Nick Saban, the hottest college football coach in the game. Now, in How Good Do You Want to Be?, Saban shares his winning philosophy for creating and inspiring success.

In more than three decades as a player and coach, Saban has learned much about life and leadership, both on the field and off. Working alongside some of the game's legends, including Super Bowl winner Bill Belichick and coaching legend Jerry Glanville, he saw firsthand how great leaders encourage greatness in others. In this candid, insightful guide, he shares such acquired wisdom as

- Organization, Organization, Organization
Create an environment where everybody knows his or her responsibilities-and each is responsible to the entire group.
- Motivate to Dominate
Understand the psychology of teams and individuals, and use that knowledge to breed success.
- No Other Way than Right
Practice ethics and values-and demand the same from your team.
- Look in the Mirror
Maintain an understanding of who you are by knowing your strengths and your weaknesses.

How Good Do You Want to Be? is more than the story of how Nick Saban motivates his staff and players to excel-it is also the memoir of one of America's most successful coaches. Filled with instructive anecdotes and illuminated by never-before-told stories of his life and career, this is a book that challenges and inspires us all to be our best.

Waste of Money and Time
It’s useless buying this protection plan. They will not help you with your issue. They will refer you back to the seller. What’s the point of buying a protection plan when they refuse to help? I DO NOT recommend purchasing this plan. Total waste of money and time.

Quick and easy to file a claim & get resolution!
I bought a blender from Amazon about 18 months ago and at the same time, purchased the Asurion policy to cover it. The glass pitcher cracked last week and I filed a claim with Asurion. Having never used Asurion before, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was blown away by the ease and speed with which my claim was resolved. Immediately after submitting the claim, Asurion sent a pre-paid shipping label with clear instructions on what to do next. After packing up the blender, taping the label on the front of the box (I had kept the original box the blender came in), and dropping the box off at the UPS location near me (Asurion's instructions included addresses for 2 drop-off locations in my tiny town), I had a refund in my email within hours. I was able to add the refund to my Amazon account simply by clicking on a button in the email and there it was, a credit in my Amazon account! As I said earlier, I'm blown away by how easy it was to file my claim and get a refund. Asurion made the entire process so effortless! Since the blender I had purchased is no longer available, I ordered a different one from Amazon (it arrives today - yay!) and I can guarantee you that I also purchased the Asurion policy to cover it. Thank you, Asurion, for making the process so easy and the resolution so fast.
