- Wet operation only for moist heat and more even food temperatures.
- Individual thermostatic controls with power indicator light for each well.
- 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a master manifold shutoff.
- 120V, 3 kW plug-in design with NEMA 5-50P cord; no hard-wiring required.
- Stainless steel top with drip-free flange and galvanized exterior housing.
- Includes standard mounting clips for easy top-mount installation; accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep.
