卡羅 水晶粉一代-Crystal Premix(2kg*包)
操作簡易品質穩定可包餡使用，冰過後口感更佳。產品耐凍、有咬感，印模清楚，可做不同口味變化；也可包各種餡類，作為月餅用。
製作方法：
(A) 水晶粽：
1. 將麥精糖漿100克加水110±2克
煮至沸騰後，與水晶粉100克拌勻
。
2. 拌好之麵糊倒入模具，以蒸籠大
火蒸20分鐘。
3. 蒸完後趁熱塑形即可。
(B) 水晶月餅：
1. 將麥精糖漿150克加水150~165克
煮至沸騰後，與水晶粉100克拌勻
。
2. 拌好之麵糊倒入模具，以蒸籠
大火蒸20分鐘。
3. 冷卻後，即可包餡、壓模。
儲 存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。

Mineral sunscreens have yet to master blending in and this is no different. If you're thinking of hitting the beach with your sexy bum protected it'd better be a ghost beach because you'll look like you've been dipped in white paint.
