DIY disco from the Pakistani pop workshop. Never ones to merely scrape the surface of a niche genre, Finders Keepers Records dig deeper still into the core of the Indian subcontinent, exhuming a concise party pack of opulent, off-center Pakistani party targets driven by the pounding drum box rhythms of some of Lollywood pop's most notorious studio scientists. Disco Dildar features rare plugged-in proxy pop from some of the country's lesser-known teen flicks spanning the late 1970s and '80s, featuring drum-heavy disco guesstimates built around multilingual lyrics celebrating Saturday nights, Disco Dildars, and Hindustani Hogmanays. These original synth-dripped 45 EPs are not from the front of the pile, nor the quirky result of some token musical tourism. The music found here once soundtracked rebellious all-nighters and hotel bar rendezvous from films of which your parents might have not approved, hence their scarce obtainability. Again, the Sound of Wonder (BMS 012 CD) team that bought you Life Is Dance (BMS038 CD/FKR 049 LP), Ilectro (BMS 049 CD), Bollywood Bloodbath (BMS 039 CD), and others shares equal doses of the excitement, wonderment, and bewilderment that comes when first needle-dropping these elusive gems. Featuring the cut-andpaste electronics and fuzz-tones of flightless super heroes such as Tafo, Ashraf, Bazmi, Rana, and Ahmed, while voiced by Mehnaz, Nahid Akhtar, Runa Laila, and Queen Noor Jehan, it is plain to hear why the work of these DIY cosmic composers have eclipsed the collectable desirability of filmic fruits, igniting dancefloors and providing sample fodder of the wider continent for Wu-Tangular producers in their stride. This workshop funk redefines both DIY and disco, revealing a whole new side to world music, and marks Pakistani pop culture's transformation from disposable and indefinable to indispensable. Best out of all other heat tapes!

It is extremely weird how excited I became when trying this tape out for the first time. I can't speak for all of the blue heat tapes but this one in particular is all sorts of great to use. Thicker, easier to tear, stronger adhesive than the brown and clear heat tapes I've tried. I started with the clear because I was afraid of the other colored tapes leaving marks on my substrates. The clear tape was a good amount of thickness and easy to tear and use but the adhesion was terrible. I would wrap it around the rim of tumblers, fold it down into the inside of the tumbler and it would pop right back up. Forget using it on any fabrics, did not hold sublimation sheets down to totes, shirts, mousepads, at all. The brown tape I used had better adhesion but was thin and stretchy? floppy? Didn't know this was even an annoying thing until I moved on to this blue tape and was just blown away. Still blows me away how it was cheaper than the other two kind but is the thickest and best gripping of them all. So far it does not leave any marks on any of my items. I'm so impressed by this tape that I still NOTICE it everytime it's tearing off perfectly or holding my things together so well.

great for sublimation for shirts, tumblers and also fast delivery

This tape works great for my sublimation tumblers and shirts; there is no glue residue that is left behind. It gives my tumblers a good seal at the top and bottom and down the side where I don't have air gaps in my picture I want to sublimate on the tumbler. It is durable, and it does not smell. It is easy to use and cut. It is a great value for the money and it was delivered the next day.

Great heat tape

This tape is thicker and a bit more rigid which makes it easy to handle. It tears cleanly and doesn't wrinkle or fold over on itself when you're trying to place it. The adhesion is great. It is strong enough to hold sublimation paper and vinyl securely on any item, from tumblers to t-shirts, without any lifting during the press. It comes off cleanly every single time and leaves no residue or color marks behind.
