Intended use: Kyro-Quick Stain is a quick stain designed for blood differential counts and general cytology applications.
How to use: You will require 3 Coplin jars, each containing a different solution.
• Immerse the dried smear in the Fixative solution 4-5 times, then rinse with gentle running water.
• Dip the slide into Solution I, then rinse with water.
• Dip the slide into Solution 2, then rinse with water.
• Let the slide dry before observing under a microscope.
Ensure to securely close the lids on Coplin jars to avoid evaporation between uses. Replace solutions if staining quality declines, as contamination may have occurred.
Storage: Keep below 25° C and away from direct sunlight.
