Designed for high-volume frying, this six-tank side-car system combines 75-lb. frypots, built-in filtration, and a stainless steel drain station in one floor-standing unit.

  • Each frypot is built for 75 lb. of oil capacity and uses an open pot design.
  • Built-in under-fryer filtration helps save floor space and keeps drain/return lines internally plumbed.

We can always cut our own shelves if we should so choose and re-use the very nice hardware. 4/5 for misrepresenting as real wood, but 5/5 for functionality and aesthetic.
