Ubiquinol is a significant fat-soluble antioxidant in the body, which also aids in cardiovascular health.

Jarrow Formulas' product uses the QH-absorb, an all-natural lipid-based delivery system, to improve ubiquinol absorption. Each softgel contains 100mg of Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH), medium chain triglycerides, phosphatidylcholine, beeswax, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, sunflower lecithin, and a natural mixed tocopherols. The softgel is made from bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
