BRING YOUR MONSTER TO WORK DAY
Some people said they didn’t have a monster to bring but they were lying. Mr. Talbot stayed up til 2am getting his monster in tip-top shape. “Oh please sit still,” he begged, brandishing the hair straightener. “We can’t have you looking like this!” Mr. Adams woke early to search his monster for socks. He wanted everyone to think he had something scarier than a laundry-machine monster but knew they wouldn’t. Mr. Warden arrived with a giant box behind him on a wheelbarrow. “SHHH” he whispered fiercely with very wide eyes when someone said good morning. “Don’t you dare wake him.”
