Its optimized enclosure design ensures excellent bass dispersion throughout the vehicle, making it a perfect fit for those seeking deep, immersive bass while using the available space efficiently.
Superior bass performance
The IK EC10.1-DVC2 – VW MULTI-TRANS features a high-performance 10" (250 mm) woofer with a sandwich paper cone, delivering rich and powerful bass that fills the vehicle. The larger chassis provides a noticeable increase in sound pressure and deep bass compared to conventional 200mm woofers in the same application Thanks to its up-firing design, the subwoofer directs sound upwards, resulting in an even and immersive bass experience.
Space-saving and durable design
The woofer is optimized for installation in the passenger seat console without swivel seat of VW T6.1, T6, and T5 models, saving valuable space in the vehicle. Additionally, the flush-mounted chassis provides optimal protection for the speaker. The enclosure features a durable carpet surface with an embroidered HELIX logo, adding both style and resilience.
Easy installation and flexible configuration
With a pluggable screw terminal, installation and removal of the subwoofer are quick and hassle-free. The configurable voice coil impedance (2 x 2 Ohms, 1 x 4 Ohms, or 1 x 1 Ohm) allows for flexible system integration with a variety of amplifiers, catering to different configurations effortlessly.
