The Kenro Karoo Professional Tripod Kit Model 202 is manufactured from high quality magnesium aluminium and combines excellent load capacity with a lightweight design. It is an exceedingly tough tripod, and its innovative space saving design makes transportation of the tripod more convenient. This tripod is fast and easy to set up. When not in use the legs can be folded back 180 degrees for ultra-compactness.
On top of the tripod is a smooth dual action ball head, complete with metal Quick Release Plate (Arca Swiss Style), safety pin and built in spirit level. On the bottom of the tripod there are rubber / spiked feet for working indoor or outside on rough terrain.
The tripod is supplied with twist lock legs making height adjustments quick and straightforward and you can even remove one of the tripod legs to use it as a Monopod. Simply remove the leg, attach it to the centre column and you then have a fully functional Monopod with ball head on top. The legs also have 3 stop adjustable leg angle positions for low level photography. Both standard and short centre columns are supplied with the kit, enabling very low level photography. The centre column will also reverse for low level photography. There is a hook on the bottom of the column for the user to hang weights from the tripod’s centre of gravity in order to increase stability.
The tripod is supplied in a quality carry case with hand and shoulder straps. All Kenro tripods are covered by a 6 year limited warranty.
