Female Bettas are vibrant, characterful fish with slightly more compact finnage than males. Ideal as a feature fish in a warm, planted aquarium with gentle filtration and plenty of cover. This variety is known for oversized pectoral fins ('dumbo' ears).

Feeding: Carnivorous—offer a high-protein betta pellet or micro-granule as a staple, supplemented with frozen/live foods like brine shrimp, daphnia, or bloodworm in small portions.
