Conscious connected breathwork is a form of circular and activating breath done in a controlled manner. The breath is done through the mouth to activate the sympathetic nervous system and various breath holds are utilized to increase or decrease the sympathetic activation. The result of this sustained active breath creates an interesting experience that will be unique to you. These experiences include physical sensations, emotional processing, and psychological/spiritual realizations. These sessions will give you insight into the inner world of your body and mind that can guide you in your everyday life and path to health and vitality. Your breath is essential to your survival, but it can also be the a path for you to thrive.

You may be surprised as to how much of your mood is dependent and controlled by the way you breathe. Conscious connected breathwork has been scientifically proven to expand consciousness, elevate mood, and enrich overall outlook and is an advised pathway to clarity and stress adaptation.

Breathwork is a great option for anyone who feels like meditation is just out of reach, to difficult, or just not for you, but you are still interested in the benefits it could bring.

Just after one session, you can experience emotional relief or insights into your life that can bring you closer to peace, joy, and clarity.

The best part...you control the process, it is your breath after all! With the help of a guide, you will modulate your breath to activate your nervous system to a level that works best for you and your experience.

Don't let dog drop it!
Color: Angry Octopus
Was great for a minute. My dog dropped it from mouth onto linoleum floor and ... now it won't do anything but beep once. So, waste of money.

Keeps my dog entertained
Color: Blue Octopus
Cute! Kind of annoying but my dog loves it and it keeps her from tearing the house up. It’s probably my dog more than the toy, she tore the Velcro off within a week. I sewed it back up, but she destroyed that too. I wish they had just the octopus plushie I could buy to replace without getting a second motor.

Works as expected…but scared the “stuffing” out of my girl.
Color: Angry Octopus
It’s cute and works as described. Can’t use it because my dog is TERRIFIED of it. 😂
