The 66fit High Density Foam Roller is designed to target painful trigger point areas to help sooth muscular pain and discomfort, eliminate uncomfortable knots and relieve tension.

Ideal for a wide variety of stretching and massage techniques our black EPP foam roller can help improve stability, balance and flexibility, increase blood circulation and boost core strength when used both pre and post workout.

Simply roll the targeted body area over the foam roller to target and relieve tense painful muscles.

Our EPP roller has also proven effective for those users wishing to stretch or release the iliotibial band (ITB) following a knee injury or post-operatively as advised by a physio.

Why Choose the 66fit EPP Professional Foam Roller?

Manufactured to a high standard the 66fit high density foam roller is a versatile, easy-to-use product designed with practicality, portability and easy storage in mind.

Each roller is a one-piece construction made from heat moulded polypropylene balls which are tightly compressed to form an extremely firm foam roller which we recommend for advanced/professional use only.

Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it. There are a few shortcomings: * The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book. * The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended. * The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

over all good book, quality pictures
Format: Paperback
this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.

Great for semi-experienced looking to build on knowledge.
Format: Paperback
Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.
