And the chances are even greater that you're likely experiencing a lot of slop in the steering wheel. While both of these can be due to numerous issues such as ball joints, track bar, or even out of balance tires, the most common issue we see is excessive play in the sector shaft that comes out of the steering gear box
If you're the owner of a Ram truck, chances are pretty good you've
heard of Death Wobble and potentially experienced it yourself. And the
chances are even greater that you're likely experiencing a lot of slop
in the steering wheel. While both of these can be due to numerous issues
such as ball joints, track bar, or even out of balance tires, the most
common issue we see is excessive play in the sector shaft that comes out
of the steering gear box which the pitman arm is attached to. Due to
the amount of stress being applied to this small shaft, it will develop a
substantial amount of play that causes you to constantly fight the
steering wheel to keep the truck tracking straight down the road.

Great fit for a 2005 Honda Element
These fit my 2005 Honda Element perfectly. Solved a small leak issue. I’ve had these installed for about one season so far (winter into summer) and they are still holding up.
