Having Trouble Closing Your Door? It Could Be Your Latch!This is an original 1961-1962 Chevrolet LEFT/DRIVER'S SIDE front door latch that has been restored. Why take a chance with a reproduction piece when you can get a quality GM part. The latch mechanism is for all 2-door hardtop/convertible and 4-door sedan models including Impala, Bel Air, and Biscayne. Notice that there is a slight difference between the sedan and hardtop latches. Although you can interchange them, to this would require the correct rods and clips. The original clips are included and for an additional cost you can get the various door rods (lock release, lock tumbler, and door release mechanism rod).

No returns… Confusing description
The seller doesn’t allow returns with this product. This product was much smaller than I expected, and I wouldn’t even re-gift it to a friend with a smaller dog. Why? Because they already tried a similar size and said it kept their hands clean… but gave them tennis elbow.
