Designed to shield the brake fluid reservoir and master cylinder from rocks, branches, and trail debris, this upgrade helps prevent damage during aggressive off-road riding.

The protector is manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum, which is laser-cut, precision formed, and TIG welded to create a rigid protective structure. This design provides excellent durability while maintaining a lightweight profile.
A built-in fluid viewing window allows riders to quickly check brake fluid levels without removing the protector, making routine maintenance simple and convenient.
Finished in a premium semi-gloss black powder coat, the panel features a laser-cut DRT logo backed by a bright anodized aluminum contrast plate, creating a bold visual accent that complements the XPEDITION platform.
The protector is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM shield (Polaris P/N 5272811), requiring no drilling or modification during installation.
