Feeding:
Carnivorous — requires live or frozen foods such as copepods, amphipods, brine shrimp, and mysis shrimp. Regular feeding of live foods ensures optimal health, as they rarely accept prepared foods.
Tank Mates:
Best suited for peaceful reef and community tanks, compatible with non-aggressive fish like gobies, blennies, and clownfish. Avoid housing with larger, predatory fish that may see it as prey.
Aggression:
Peaceful, but may compete with other substrate-dwelling fish for food.
