Evan is working mostly with Portuguese and Italian varieties to craft his wines and this 100% Cortese (most commonly found in Piedmont) is no exception. This wine spends 6 months (!) on the skins and really gets a unique textural tannin quality. Notes of marmalade, basil pesto, herbs, apricot and preserved citrus fruits. A very gastronomic and serious orange wine.
