We are delighted to present you Jenita Lebang from Aluk Coffee — a dedicated Indonesian producer who values the preservation of Tana Toraja's exceptional coffee-making methods, passed down for generations. Their mission includes supporting local farmers and improving access to education for children in the area.
Pango Pango is located in North Toraja, above the clouds which is approximately 1900-2100masl. It is considered one of the highest farms in Indonesia. It has a unique microclimate that keeps its temperature cool throughout the day.
Access to Pango Pango is almost impossible with four-wheeled vehicles, which is what makes this coffee all the more special.
